Strength Coaching I Personal Training | Nutrition Counseling

I’m a recovering meathead turned fitness consultant. My approach to fitness and nutrition revolves around the belief that we need to simplify instead of complicate. I utilize basic full body movements to facilitate gradual change helping my clients look better, feel better and move better. Instead of complex diet plans, I employ basic guidelines to promote a true lifestyle change instead of temporary gains.

I am the owner and operator of R.E.P. Fitness Systems, and online coaching platform designed to provide actionable fitness and nutrition information to a wide variety of clients. In addition to coaching, I create a twice-weekly blog post and a weekly newsletter to deliver insight to anyone interested. I utilize the blog mostly as a constant outlet for my fitness and nutrition passions, striving to help everyone navigate the tumultuous sea that is the current fitness landscape.

As Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at S2 Breakthrough in Orland Park, I facilitate the programming and delivery of strength training to athletes with a background in a variety of sports and of various ages. I work closely with coaches to ensure the programming in the workouts adequately matches the goals of the organization, and ensure my athletes have the competitive edge required to compete in an ever-intensifying sport environment. My number one priority is always to keep athletes on the field and injury free, with all other outcomes pursuant to that.

As the Head Trainer at Coop Gym in Chicago’s West Town and West Loop neighborhoods, I lead a team of five trainers to deliver top-notch semi-private and group training sessions. I’m a firm believer in leading by example and constantly encouraging my staff to better themselves and our clients.

I believe that constant learning is the key to success in the ever-evolving fields of fitness and nutrition and as a result, it’s rare for you to catch me without a book in my hand. I’m not afraid to challenge my own methodologies in order to always ensure I’m delivering the best product.

My sense of accomplishment is driven by my ability to help others achieve their goals. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
