Site Operations Manager/Field Services Manager

Team building-
Successfully implemented a campus atmosphere with 4 BAE HQ sites in Arlington VA. Previous to my arrival all sites acted
independent and now operate in a team fashion and serve as the role-model for
other Field Services teams across the United States.

Adaptability- In addition to FSM/SOM responsibilities I act as the Service Delivery Manager for BAE Systems INC as well as Intl and Enterprise. I am accountable for resource management, cost control, customer relationship management and delivery of solutions that meet business requirements. I interact with all aspects of information technology delivery from service desk to data center operations, leading cross functional teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer satisfaction requirements. As part of this role I am responsible for the creation of the BND (business needs document) and infrastructure build out of the Charlotte Shared Services center. I successfully managed the team of staff who ensured every one of the 100 + new employees had an account as well as a fully functioning computer system. I oversaw the Project Manager and served as the escalation point for any infrastructure issue.

Innovative ideas-
Created the employee handbook for newly hired staff or temp staff working out
of this location. This has become a
mandated performance review objective for all sites across the United States.
Created a team building event which allowed different sites team members to tour the ETS HQ and meet the Service Tower leadership as well as tour and get to know the ETS Service Desk.

Cost reductions-
Implemented a secure printing standard that reduces the need for Adobe Acrobat licenses as well as reduce the number of local printers.

Created a standard charge code for all technicians in the area which in turn allowed the opportunity for easy backfill during short staff situation, this also allowed for growth and cross training to all technicians involved.
