Currently an Outside Sales Represenatitve with the Columbus Crew Professional Soccer Club [Major League Soccer (MLS)] in Columbus, OH. I am responsible for generating revenue from the Greater Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati area via phone and face to face appointments. I Sell individual, full season, partial plans and group tickets. I Sell within sales territories and/or prospect list. I make a minimum of 80 cold calls per day. I set up sales and information booths at various festivals, job fairs, and conventions. Trained to utilize Archtics (Ticketmaster) CRM system to manage and process accounts and ticket orders.
Relative skills include, but are not limited to, possesing;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Graphic Design)
Proficiency in Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
CRM systems experience (Archtics Ticketmaster system)
Strong sales experience, telemarketing sales experience
