Since being appointed Executive Chef of Entice Culinary Lounge in October 2015, Chef Ryan Lall has integrated his passion for bold flavours and rustic presentation with his love of global cuisine. He exemplifies what it means to be a Chef in Toronto by using a wide range of flavours from around the world. Ryan's experience includes working in several kitchens, including the Legislative Assembly at Queens Park, Metropolitan Hotel, Metro Toronto Convention Center, and then moving up to the role of Sous Chef at Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square. His most recent position was as Chef de Cuisine at FRANK Restaurant at the Art Gallery of Ontario, where he was able to work creatively, combining art and cooking, with a focus on beautiful presentations. His freelanceing in offsite catering over the years have given him a strong knowledge of kitchen operations. Ryan cooked for the Molson Indy, Tennis Canada, PGA Tour, Hockey House Canada in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, as well was a presenting Chef at the 2013 Toronto Hot and Spicy Festival.
With a wide ranging restaurant, banqueting and offsite catering background and a true passion for food & flavours, Ryan brings a wealth of culinary knowledge and expertise to Entice Culinary Lounge.
