A successful businessman, Ryan Wuerch has founded a number of successful companies. Over the course of a decade, he developed Motricity into one of the largest supplier of mobile data services in the world through partnerships with major mobile operators. Motricity had investments from companies like TCV, NEA, and Intel. The company went public in 2010 with a market value more than $1 billion. Ryan Wuerch resigned from the company the following year to pursue other projects, such as Solavei and DOSH. He currently serves as the chairman of DOSH.

Alongside his professional responsibilities, Ryan Wuerch is actively involved with the community through the Wuerch Family Foundation and Epiphany International. Through these organizations, he focuses on providing new educational opportunities, spearheading goodwill missions to nations in need, and supporting some of the best American nonprofits. One of his favorite memories of philanthropy involves digging wells for Pygmy villages in the Central African Republic.

In addition, Mr. Wuerch has sat on the board of the Miss America Organization for more than a decade. This organization is the largest provider of scholarships to women in the world.
