I like to build products that make people's lives better.

I currently work at Facebook, managing the quality of the support experience. I sit at the intersection of the product and community operations teams. Prior to joining Facebook I was the Product Manager at RideScout, a mobile technology startup focused on aggregation in the transportation space. I started working on RideScout while finishing up my MBA at the University of Texas. Before RideScout I co-founded a buyer-centered marketplace aimed at disrupting the peer-to-peer buying and selling market. My pre-tech life included stints in consulting, venture capital, and a busy, busy summer at Goldman Sachs.

I try my best to lead a balanced life and enjoy getting outdoors as often as I can. I am an avid cyclist, begrudging runner, and aspiring triathlete. I am reading two books at any given time (fiction + non-fiction = balance). Oh, and I LOVE dogs. Let me know if you need a dogsitter. Seriously.
