Ryan Andrews has 3 years of IT experience and 5 years of customer service. He learned mostly everything that he knows from being hands on and teaching himself. He has done onsite work for the past year, going to customers homes and giving high quality customer service with their IT problems. He can troubleshoot issues pretty quickly and is highly experienced in windows, mac, office, iWorks, creating websites, networking, installations, security software, smartphones and the list goes on and on. Mr. Andrews is very effective with all his customers because he enjoys solving their tech issues. Also, he has built his own website to try and start a little side business and has a small music blog that is regularly updated.
