Mrs. Blair-Smith is a 2003 International Business and Marketing Graduate from Oklahoma State University. While attending OSU Ryan served in the role of Miss Black OSU 2000. It was in this role, that her passion and purpose was birthed to empower women; and also the birthplace of her Women's Empowerment Conference "There's MORE to YOU!" She has recently added a sought after Vision Board Par-Tay workshop called Dream Print®, that helps women to gain clarity, understand the power of visualization, and how to execute goal setting strategies.
