Ryan Bleggi

Ryan has been a Realtor in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero since January of 2005 when he relocated to the area from Chicago. After spending many years with a large brokerage, he and a partner created their vision for Vanderbilt Realty at the end of 2013.

After growing up in Youngstown, OH, Ryan graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Quickly realizing that sitting at a desk crunching numbers was not for him, he worked in the Information Technology field from 2000 to 2004. This experience and his love of all things geeky have given Ryan an excellent base to excel in online and social media marketing.

Going back to the basics of any business transaction, Ryan is timely, responsive, polite, and honest, even if that honesty stings a bit. His priority is to lead the effort to accomplish your housing goals in the timeframe that you require.

Ryan, his wife Kari, and two young daughters Brynn and Braelyn currently reside in Estero, where they believe strongly in giving back to the community. Ryan has been involved with The Relay For Life for many years in the role of Participant, Team Captain, Online Chair, Vice Chair, and Event Chair.
