Ryan Coleman

My background is in Multi-media, Technology and Facilitation. As a serial entrepreneur I have spent the better part of the last 15 years working with organizations to define, design and develop strategies or solutions to fit their organization’s challenges and then implement them. I'm currently working at a major Canadian bank as an Innovation Specilist.

As a facilitator I work to create and run customized meetings or events that help teams create strategic plans, uncover challenges and collectively co-create innovative solutions. I’m a naturally curious person, my favorite question is “what if?” In an innovation context I constructively challenge assumptions, propose ideas and help guide people through a process to uncover the true innovations or solutions within your business.

I consider myself a designer in two contexts. I’m a visual thinker and communicator – I naturally lean towards communication through visual means. I’m also fascinated with the design of solutions to problems and the processes that help people get to those solutions.
