I am a product/program manager experienced with delivering world class software using both Waterfall and Agile / Scrum (Product Owner role).

Skilled at continuously delivering working software by gathering input from internal & external stakeholders to truly understand business objectives, building & managing a product roadmap, collecting requirements & building user stories, creating & grooming the product backlog, and working with engineers to get the job done (and then analyze, adjust, rinse & repeat!)

I have a passion for building software that makes an impact in the market and I have most enjoyed my roles as Sr Product Manager & Sr Program Manager - spanning business, technical & UX and working with Agile development teams as the Scrum Product Owner.

I started in 2001 in the real estate industry working to identify, assess and implement technical solutions to accomplish real world business goals. Initially I was “on the ground” working directly with agents & offices, then as a senior product manager with Reliance Network (the largest real estate agent website provider in the US) to help build web solutions that actually make a difference for agents in their business.

In 2016 I transitioned over to the travel space as a senior program manager with Expedia where I am working with a distributed Scrum team (half local and half in India) to continuously deliver value to the customer service backbone of the Expdeia brands.
