This is Ryan. He is a student living in Swansea, United Kingdom. He is a fan of dance, acting, and dogs.He is also interested in camping and food. Ryan is a heavily experienced dancer, he is experienced in Jazz, lyrical, Ballet, hip-hop and tap. but his preferred style by far is Contemporary dance. He has been apart of many different classes, local and distant dance schools, occasional professional workshops and professional companies, including - RE; Bourne, Frantic assembly, Volcano Theatre and Rubicon and many more. Amongst uncountable performances, achievements and productions such as winning world champion dance award in Jazz teams in 2010 and 2011, his biggest and proudest achievement yet, would have to have been he was apart of the 'Lord of the flies', choreographed by Matthew Bourne performed in Cardiff Millennium Centre.

Ryans strongest attributes would be his enthusiasm to learn, motivation, drive and his capacity to self determine. Ryan is defiantly a finisher, to him there's no real reason to starting anything if you're not going to finish it. Also, Ryan is highly focused throughout any tasks set, this allows him to be thorough with organisation, avoiding distractions and exceptional time-keeping. Above all ales Ryan is a confident opportunistic type of person. He is constantly looking out for new opportunities and experiences, problems call for solutions, the more problems the more solutions he gets to create.

Ryan is also seen as the constructive Organiser of the group by his peers in College, when he placed in a team to any particular task. He is able to hold things together effectively. He seeks to bring the necessary direction a group needs when working together. He is also able to communicate with everyone, so that the whole team is clear and confident to approach the task at hand. all of there skills he has hat to use through his course in college, Level 3 extended Diploma in performing arts.

Ryan brings a energy to the room and gets people enthusiastic and energized for work. When this skill is used appropriately it can make everyone more willing to try new things and make things happen. Ryan is a spontaneous creator. This is a great way of identifying new routes forward and new and exciting opportunities. he found this an extremely helpful skill while doing the performance project in early 2017 when he and his peers were to create a piece of children's theatre to tour around primary schools in South wales.
