My name is Ryan Jude Soosayraj, and I am the Director of Product Management at Workshare, an information collaboration platform in London, United Kingdom.

Most of my working hours are spent on understanding the value of problems that our customers face and thinking of products and services that we can provide to solve these problems.

Today, I work with a team of creative and smart individuals trying to help our customers have an easier day sharing information via the magic of software. We take great pride and care to build and market useful things as the decisions we make can potentially impact the livelihoods of millions of customers.

Having started at Workshare almost 12 years ago after a move from my home country of Malaysia, my journey from Computing and Engineering graduate to Product Management has taken me through a broad range of experiences touching all areas of a software solution house.

The unique opportunity of living and working in this great city has also allowed me the privilege of experiencing the diversity of cultures, both professional and societal, in almost every country in Europe and the east and west coast of the United States.

When I am not at work, I enjoy being a 12 year old and a 38 year old all at once. London is a unique land, and I enjoy all the things that keep me here.

I am passionate about medicine and in particular neurology and enjoy making people happy.

I am terrified of heights, courgettes and undercooked aubergine.

To have created or socialised one thing that has improved the lives of many - that would be my ultimate contentment.
