As the founder and co-chief executive officer of Relativity, Ryan Kavanaugh has earned numerous awards and accolades from prominent industry publications. Recognized as the Showman of the Year in 2011 by Variety, Ryan Kavanaugh appeared in a special issue of the magazine dedicated solely to him. Honored as the Hollywood Producer of the Year at the 13th Annual Hollywood Awards Galas in 2009, he also received the 2010 Leadership Award from The Hollywood Reporter.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Kavanaugh has earned widespread praise for his active role in philanthropy and community service. he accepted the Community Champion Award from the Sheriff's Youth Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to helping children living in inner-city neighborhoods. In addition to receiving the 2011 Entertainment industry Award from the Anti-Defmaition League, he was presented with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Board of Governors' Hollywood Humanitarian Award.

As co-CEO of Relativity, Kavanaugh leads a next-generation studio and global media company. under his leadership, Relativity has grown from a structured finance provider to a multifaceted Hollywood player, operating in verticals such as digital media, branded entertainment, scripted television development and production, and major studio-level film production and distribution. He has produced a number of highly successful films, including David Fincher's The Social Network and David O. Russell's The Fighter.

In addition to his work with Relativity, Ryan Kavanaugh serves as chairman emeritus of The Art of Elysium, a nonprofit organization that encourages entertainers to spend time with children facing serious medical conditions. He makes philanthropic donations via the Kavanaugh Family Foundation, which supports more then 50 charitable organizations across the world.
