I'm Ryan. I have two decades of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. I started cooking when I was 15. I love food more than almost anything on this earth. I have been cooking professionally for almost ten years. It hasn't always been fun or easy but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Well, maybe a nice gravel road to grind down!
In other news I also enjoy bicycles, chickens, urban farming and playing and writing music.
