When my full site goes up, I’ll have a pricing page but I figure I’ll post it here until then.

Website Cost

Yearly hosting and registration cost: $150/year for hosting.

$10-$50/year for domain registration.

These two things require an account to be set up.

I can do this for you at no cost.

These costs will require providing a credit card number to me for set up.

Building the site:

All pricing quoted here is based on an hourly rate of $60/hour.

Simple sites usually take around 5 hours ($300) while more complex sites could take up to 15-17 hours (near $1000).

Fixing errors I make is not something I charge for and I believe in setting expectations very early.

The below pricing is based on 3 possible situations but every project is different so these are guidelines.

Simple layout (no artwork, single page) = $300

Just text - no fancy stuff.

If you supply artwork, no extra cost.

Medium layout (some artwork, 1-2 pages) = $400-$600

I can make some artwork for you.

The range in price depends on how much needs done.

Complex layout (full artwork, 3+ pages) = $600-$1000

This is sort of the deluxe package.

Not all complex sites are wildly detailed, so the price can range.

The price ranges will be quoted and stated in advance. No surprises, no gimmicks.

Commerce:

Want to sell stuff on the site?

I can do that, too. I’ll leave the inventory management and shipping costs to you.

Setting this up would be an additional $200.

Podcasting:

I can also help with setting up a Podcast feed and managing the content for you.

Please consider how large the files are and the size plan you might need with Libsyn.

Managing the feed would vary depending on the frequency episodes are released.

1/month = $50/month

2/month = $75/month

3/month = $100/month

4/month = $125/month

I can also do chapter artwork = $200

If you’d like chapters, give me the time stamps.

I charge $150 for this because it takes time.
