Ryan Melton

I was born in 1994. My parents raised me to love God and walk with him day by day. I graduated in 2012 from Midwest City high school making the permanent hall of fame as a student. I went on to Rose State College where I was Vice President of the Student Senate, Vice Chair of the Student Advisory Board for the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, and Vice President of the Baptist Collegiate Ministries. I graduated in 2014 with an associates degree in science. I then moved on to the University of Oklahoma where I am studying to earn a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am currently serving as the President of the Baptist Collegiate Ministries. I have had the opportunity to serve in various leadership roles both in the United States and abroad. I have traveled to the UK, China and Southeast Asia. I hope to travel more in my life. It is my desire to spend the rest of my life using engineering to better the lives of other people in developing countries.
