Ryan McCulloch
real estate development, Architect, and Project Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Currently, Ryan is a Senior Development Associate at Titan Development. His responsibilities include all phases of development from: site acquisition and due diligence, design and permitting, and project management during construction.
Previously, Ryan worked as an Architectural Assistant at Grimshaw Architects in London. There he worked on three large projects: 1) 10,000 unit residential development in Harlow, England, 2) KOC Contemporary Art Museum in Istanbul, Turkey, and 3) Redevelopment of Wimbledon Court No. 1.
Ryan holds a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He also completed the Business Foundations Certificate.
While at The University of Texas, Ryan was able to participate in a variety of programs. He studied aboard during a Western European Tour and attended the Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Architecture de Paris-Belleville.
He traveled to Honduras twice with Global Architecture Brigades to construct a student-designed school house and health care facility. Also with Global Brigades, he traveled to Ghana in a joint effort with Water and Public Health Brigades to build a rain water cistern, toilets, and a ceptic tank.
