I have a background as a Marketing Director and an independent Marketing Consultant in multiple industries.

Currently I help early-stage companies raise capital through private equity and debt financing as a principal at iCFO Capital. I am Series 7 certified and am currently studying for my CFA designation.

I like to write about funny things when I have the time. Unfortunately the more I learn about the world of finance, the less funny I become. I think it's some sort of brain displacement issue where humor and financial analysis cannot coexist. I'm sure there is a graph somewhere that illustrates this correlation.
