Ryan Morettini

Ryan Morettini is Vice President, Legal at Wyndham Worldwide Corporation. Ryan joined Wyndham Worldwide in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing all non-employment litigation for Wyndham Vacation Ownership. His responsibilities include analyzing litigation risks, developing litigation strategies, coordinating litigation efforts, and managing outside counsel.

Prior to joining Wyndham Worldwide, Ryan was a Litigation Partner at Kirkland and Ellis LLP. During this time, he provided legal counsel to leading corporations on a broad range of practice areas, including securities, fraud, breach of contract, insurance, ERISA, RICO, antitrust, bankruptcy, and real estate.

Ryan Morettini earned his law degree from Boston University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
