Ryan Novaczyk

As partner, president, and chief financial officer (CFO) of New Perspective Senior Living, Ryan Novaczyk oversees all day-to-day income and expense activity as well as longer-term strategic development and growth projects. He recently established the company as a community partner of the lead-generation group SeniorVu, which uses an extensive database to identify and reach out to potential new residents. In addition, Ryan Novaczyk has facilitated the development of a new marketing campaign, which features real testimonials from residents and their family members.

Meanwhile, Ryan Novaczyk also leads the acquisition of new properties and the financing of new developments. He has secured more than $500 million in capital for purchased and newly built properties, including the company's first North Dakota community. Located in West Fargo, the community opened with media fanfare and a ribbon-cutting ceremony in August 2017.

Mr. Novaczyk continues to play a pivotal role in the implementation of innovative company projects, including the introduction of a new level of care known as Vivid Living. Designed for individuals with mild cognitive impairment, the Vivid Living unit at New Perspective of Waconia provides life-engagement coaches to guide residents through their days. He also plays a key role in the hiring, training, and professional development of talented and compassionate senior care staff, which he believes to be instrumental to operating a high-quality residence.
