I’m a talent acquisition leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling recruiting functions across high-growth, operationally complex organizations. My background spans technology, construction, real estate, logistics, and other high-volume environments, with experience recruiting from frontline operations through senior and executive leadership.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations turn recruiting into a measurable business function—building processes, implementing technology, developing recruiters and hiring managers, and creating scalable systems that improve both hiring speed and quality. My teams and I have supported 700+ hires across 25+ markets, while I’ve personally contributed to more than 4,500 hires over the course of my career.

I’m particularly passionate about the intersection of talent, technology, and operations. I’ve implemented and worked extensively with platforms including Lever, Metaview,, and AI-powered sourcing and automation tools, and I’ve even built a functional ATS using AI. I believe the best recruiting organizations combine strong human judgment with thoughtful automation to create a better experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams alike.

My leadership style is practical, data-driven, and highly accountable. I enjoy building from the ground up, solving inefficient processes, developing teams, and partnering directly with executives to connect talent strategy to broader business objectives.
