As the MD I am responsible for the vision, culture, tone and strategy of the company and over the past 12 Months we have unleashed dramatic growth to realise our untapped Corporate potential.

The Management Centre (TMC) is a subsidiary of a Major University and provides Executive Education (MBAs/CMI Diplomas and ILM Coaching and Mentoring courses etc) plus Professional Development (ACCA /CIPs etc) which really makes a difference to the Region....

As part of the UKs no1 Business School in Banking I also help to train and educate senior Bank leaders in my role as Programme Director of the ground-breaking Chartered Banker MBA

Prior to this role I enjoyed a variety of Bank Leadership positions where I successfully sales-managed large and multi-site teams (Regulated and Non-Regulated) and broke numerous performance records in a motivational way. My background has repeatedly involved turning around under-performance and leading complex change programs successfully.

The current role is no exception and is accountable for a full P&L and a wide ranging set of business activities including the training and development, venue and catering arms of the business.

My breadth of experience has also allowed me to add a portfolio of Non Executive Director (NED) roles including FSA approved persons status (CF2) in a Private London Bank.

I completed an MBA @ The Open University with merit and distinction level passes. In addition, I enjoyed a 10 year teaching career for the world's largest leadership, management and communication skills training provider: Dale Carnegie© & assoc which has given me a broad skill-set as a coach; public speaker and motivational leader.
