Ryan has spent eight years in Las Vegas learning, leading, training, and managing some of the best World Class Hotel Resorts in the World. His expertise is in providing consultation services to all properties of finance, strategic planning, sales, marketing, operations, event management, and promotions.

Ryan has spent the last four years as the President of GRAÉ Hospitality Prior, Ryan served as the Executive Vice President of Drais Enterprises which is a privately held Nightlife, Events, Restaurant Hospitality Company with locations in Las Vegas, Vancouver, Dubai, Cabo. It is a Global Hospitality Company and one of the most respected Nightlife organizations in the world.
