Ryan grew up in a small in Northern California before eventually relocating to Springfield Missouri with his Wife Amanda. Ryan Studied Theology at Evangel University and is currently a Partner at Brown Button Estate Sale Services in Kansas City.

A man of vast experience, diligence and hands down a hard worker, Ryan has made a deserving name for himself in a number of fields. Prior to partnering Brown Button, he worked as the General Manager/District Operations at Vintage Stock for slightly over 5 years, where he was charged with overseeing a branch of over 15 employees generating an annual revenue of $2.6 million. While at vintage Stock, he also served on the area leadership team and assisted in quite a number of projects such as the management of operations at Kansas City Metro locations and new store developments and trainings. After Vintage Stock, he moved to Planet sub, a restaurant concept where he served for 4 years as the Executive Director of Franchising. At Planet Sub, he managed the Franchise Executive team and Area Directors, he was responsible for establishing new revenue streams (online ordering, Private Label Loyalty App, and DSP Integration) which contributed to an AUV increase of 10% corporately and 15% at franchise locations in 2015. He also oversaw directly the leasing and site selection process with their franchisees and real estate brokers and was solely responsible for all site approvals. He has vast experience in Development, Finance, and Operations, and Executive Leadership. In addition to this, while at Planet Sub he grew the concept from 26 local units to 48 regional units with another 45 in development. Ryan also has various other investments, he co-founded a small consulting firm (BizFarm) and is a co-owner in a Massage Therapy business located in Liberty MO.

With a rich background, in executive leadership, quick service operations, retail operations, market rollouts, project management and significant experience in short- and long-term marketing and branding strategy., Ryan delivers quality results in exceptional time, as he always says, he thrives in environments where he can engage in creative problem-solving on a daily basis and/or create and execute a strategic plan for a business. Ryan was also recently asked to sit on the Finance and Operations committee for Cultivate KC.
