Ryan McDonough was most recently the CFO/co-founder of Accompany, a relationship intelligence platform acquired by Cisco in May 2018 for $270M. Accompany creates AI-driven products for finding new prospects and strengthening your relationships, built on the largest database of decision makers in the world.

He was previously CFO at Ning, where he shepherded the business from a freemium model to focusing exclusively on its subscription business, increasing the paid user base by 5X. The turnaround resulted in Ning’s acquisition by Mode Media.

Prior to that, he was a partner at early stage fund Constantin Ventures and an engagement manager at McKinsey.

He is a board member at the V Foundation Wine Celebration, helping raise over $100M for cancer research.

He holds an MBA from Wharton and BS from Berkeley.
