Ryan Weible

Ryan Weible is a Bay Area native who works where real estate, community, and creative practice meet. He lives in Oakland with his husband and dog. He operates Hit The Mark Realty and works with KA Advisors as his brokerage.

His experience includes directing plays, designing sets, welding practical stage elements, and teaching students in programs grounded in Theatre for Social Change. Ryan believes that careful listening and clear communication help people move through complex moments. He brings that approach to clients, collaborators, and students, and he carries it into sailing education and equity focused community work. He is a member of the LGBT community and he values projects that center inclusion and respect. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, horror films, and meditation.
