Ryan Reed

I have spent my professional tenure in employee development, project management, and various leadership roles. This background spans the retail, supply chain/distribution, shipping, and higher education industries. I excel with problem identification and bringing forth solutions. I place emphasis on and value the relationships I forge with people, and have always had strong team cohesion and buy-in as a result.

I have a technical side of me that just loves to understand how things work. I am familiar with the hardware and software aspects of computing; I have an automotive education with numerous certificates; and have even built a full-size functional electric car.

On a personal note, I spend the bulk of my time on home improvement projects and training for races. As an active triathlete, I recently completed my first Ironman (140.6 miles) triathlon... a feat that required the better part of a year in training.

I have spent the past 6 years working as an operations manager in the Higher Education sector, and have led every team I managed to above average performance results. I am currently in transition professionally and welcome any opportunities as an Operations Leader - in any industry.
