Fusing project leadership experience with strong technical acumen to I drive continuous improvements in processes, team performance, and system capabilities. -Performed full IT systems and departmental analysis in order to establish project guidelines for a $1B a year Medicare/Medicaid prescription provider that is seeking to expedite data tracking and audit processes. -Orchestrated corrective action for $300K weekly financial, purging 100% of output variation and aligning operations and IT financials process with SOX compliance by uncovering gaps, conducting report cross-analysis, partnering cross functionally to reverse inaccuracies, and formulating data integration and sharing tool. -Reduced organizational process error rate to <1% via tracking and logging tools for transparency, team evaluation standards for reward/termination decisions, and process flow improvements.
