I am an entrepreneur, consultant, adviser and writer. Currently I'm a co-founder of Real Things - we build physical goods from digital assets. As a consultant I advise businesses large and small on how to match their business goals with technology enabled work flows. Frequently this work includes advising on the appropriate use of social media and modern web technologies. I have been an active blogger both for my own long running personal blogs and as a writer for many of the top technology blogs. In 2005 and 2006 I ran the MeshForum conference on the study of Networks, since 2007 I have run an occasional series of one day MeshWalk conferences and events.
