I act as Innovation Catalyst Worldwide at IBM and Global Community Manager (Worldwide).

Business Specialist with over 12 years as Digital and Agile Transformation Leader. Working with Design Thinking, Sustainable Innovation and as an Executive over 6 companies.

Technology Specialist, with 20 years as developer (since 12yo), 12 years as Architect with hundreds of projects.

Design specialist with 18 years working with designing tools and practices (printables, digital, web, UX).

Startups & Developers Ecosystem Specialist, with more than 9 years leading communities (over 22), events (over 550), hackathons (over 80 worldwide) and lecturing (over 220). These are my strongest passions (only loses to motorcycling).

I own 3 Latin America Records: Biggest Hackathon with 1300 participants & 308 mentors; Longest one with 5 days; And more projects delivered, with 71.

I also own 3 companies: one focus in Wild Adventures. This is my "weekend work" with Trekking, Camping, Rock Climbing, Rappel, among others. This company has a team of 15 instructors. My other company is an Innovation Agency with services in a collaborative platform that improves individuals and organizations in learning, connecting and innovating breakthrough solutions. We have several products (over 60) as hackathons, mentor startups, bootcamps, virtual classes, seminars, training, lectures, conferences and several mindset changing tools.

My professional focus today is to bring all that experience cluster and apply it at companies (all sizes) and individuals (mentoring), always with a disruptive and innovation perspective, analyzing all rubik cube sides to deliver a high value perception and planning.
