I am a qualitative researcher with 8 years of working experience as a UX researcher.
Project leader of user experience research serving the product design, better user experience and better user-product interaction.
My previous roles included:
- Design of user research studies,
- Conduct of qualitative research, applying qualitative research methodologies and conducting user interviews independently,
- Design of research questions and research methods (qualitative and quantitative),
- Communicating to different audiences and stakeholders recommendations and insights based on research conduct,
- Continuous testing of research methods common to the organization and communicating the equivalent design of the research methodologies supporting the product usability and familiar to user experience,
- Creation of clear and reliable communication in English based on research insights.
Working as a UX Researcher, gaining strong research skills and analyzing ability during my social science and UX research and design studies, I developed following competences:
- Comfortable with research methodologies and principles common to UX research approach and ability to use them in practice,
- Ability to conduct analysis of user data from multiple sources,
- High level of empathy,
- Quality and integrity in the presentation of research insights,
- Ability of working independently and as part of a team to communicate effectively the user research insights and offer required science and research-based communication and collaboration platforms for the product design changes,
- Continuous interest in the expansion of knowledge on UX research and work with product design tools, framework and quantitative research tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or equivalent environment.
