I am a youth care worker and author. I'm also a son, brother, and husband. I'm not a father yet though… one day!

In high school, I was quite the athlete. If it wasn't for the guys making me laugh at the track meet in Fort Mac, I think my time would've been better.

That's one thing I feel I need to work on. Being more serious. I'm a fun loving guy, but when it really comes down to it… I'm just not all that serious.

But I seriously love these things:

Pasta, burgers, bean burritos

And I have some people I seriously love too.
