Over my last 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, I have developed a thorough understanding of the key differences between a boss and a leader. I bring with me the ability to empower, delegate, motivate, and train large teams in new processes and procedures, as well as having the experience of managing the implementation of not one, but two brand new shipping and logistics operations across two organizations.

As a graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelors's in Business Administration, I am looking to push my potential to the limit. My diverse work history has allowed me to gain experience in multiple supply chain functions including inventory maintenance, inbound/outbound shipment coordination and management, as well as building systems and developing people. In addition, I have personally marketed my own brand and projects in the past, developing skills in marketing tactics and brand building.

In my last two roles, I’ve had the ability to help implement and manage two brand new operations within Fargo, ND. This project management experience has allowed me to gain insight on the entire process of starting a new operation, from the design of the building, stretching to the continued management of the start-up team 2-years into implementation.

I recently entered the next step of my career as Zone Operations Manager for Frito-Lay, leading a first-of-its-kind Rural Fulfillment Center that services the entire state of North Dakota as well as the Northern half of Minnesota.
