Question: Are there private health insurance industries in countries w/universal(rationed) healthcare...?

Just wondering, because I thought I would have heard about it by now if that were the case. Hope Obum will make sure HC doesn't go fully national, and makes sure a private health insurance industry affordable to the middle class always exists. What say you?
