Rylan Blue Macdonald

I'm a high energy and motivating sales manager with fourteen years experience building winning sales teams and delivering results quarter after quarter. I enjoy public speaking, meeting facilitation, and presentation delivery; especially for clients when buy-in is critical.

I also have an intrinsic passion for coaching and development (coming from a large family of educators I suppose). As a leader, I always maintain a role as mentor and coach; both inside and outside of the workplace. I truly believe that in order to build a powerful organization, leaders must engage, encourage, and develop the people that run it. Coaching unlocks creativity, passion, and confidence, which in turn drive incredible morale and measurable growth. This love for people is also what drives me to create work environments that encourage diversity/individuality and demand equality because only when we are comfortable with ourselves and our environment can we truly be whole.

Personally, to help keep work in check with life and health, I am a Certified Spinning Instructor (group exercise) and a part-time runner. Both have been a passion of mine for many years, so I make time for them regularly.

I try to make myself available to any professionals interested in career and developmental coaching as well as organizations looking to grow their business and understand their current talent strategy may not support them for long.

Ps. My middle name really is Blue; Blue George, in fact. It's a name my parents thought was cool back in the late '70s, which I worked hard to hide through the '90s, but now embrace as prime self-marketing material! A different name, but one to remember. Thanks, Mom!
