Since I am the one with the INTJ personality type, in most cases, I work best with those of the ESFJ, ISFP, ENFP, and ENTP types.

*16Personalities isn’t technically MBTI, but it’s close enough that most people recognize and use it as MBTI, and I think that’s totally fine.

Their NERIS® model also incorporates the Big Five personality traits, which have strong empirical support, so it’s at least more scientifically grounded than a purely MBTI framework.
