Sam is a storyteller. People from all walks of life are drawn to him and he views every experience and encounter as opportunity to grow and learn.
Sam’s passion for documentary filmmaking spawned after meeting an array of wild and extraordinary people along his journeys. He wanted to find a way to share and explore these moments.
Sam graduated with a degree in Film Production from SAE Institute, Melbourne (2015), and set up a small production company, Opal View Productions. Having produced, directed, shot and edited a bunch of different films destined for the web, he has big ambitions for the big screen.
Aside from filmmaking, Sam values time “unplugged”. He intends to build an off-grid home in the country, sail the Pacific and play a part in positive social change.
