After being in the educational field for a few years, I have come to understand and appreciate the paramount importance of "leadership". It is not simply a four syllable word to roll around one's tongue, rather it can make or break a group, project, or even on a more grand scale, elevate or bring a corporation to its financial ruin. A responsible leader can "be the difference". Leadership takes unity, cooperation, focus and a oneness in purpose to accomplish a task -- all "hands in". Success is found within the framework of unity of purpose. In that vein, as a leader, in your community and school, BE THE DIFFERENCE!
