Sophie Van Dresser

My name is Sophie Van Dresser. I was born and raised in Georgia, but I see myself calling a state out west home in the future. I am a third year transfer student from Georgia College in Milledgeville. Let's just say I'm not much of a small town girl. I just settled in Athens to study Communication Sciences & Disorders here at UGA with the ultimate goal of becoming a certified speech-language pathologist. I'm loving everything about this city. When I'm not studying, I find myself exploring the music scene, being inspired by the diverse food and fashion culture that's present, cooking for friends, running around that grand old stadium, and working with kids whenever and wherever I can. I'm looking forward to learning and loving in this place for the next couple years while earning my undergraduate degree.
