S.'Venky' Venkatesh is the Founder CEO of Svanishta and lives in Bangalore,India.

Svanishta is a young, boutique HR consulting firm, offering Strategic HR Advisory services to its clients.The company's USP is that they provide a one-stop advisory bouquet, helping clients avoid approaching different consulting firms ,who can be both expensive and inflexible, and thereby enabling them to save precious management time and cost.

Svanishta has a strong practice focussed on family businesses, and works with a number of Indian business groups.

Venky runs a well differentiated end-to-end HR Advisory business, and has worked with Chairmen,Board Members and CEOs of large groups- in sectors as diverse as IT Services,Chemicals,Castings,Healthcare,Textiles/Fashion,Auto Components,helping design and execute a number of organizational transformational initiatives and HR processes.In these companies,he has also helped hire key CXO level executives, including Group CEO,Group HR Heads,Group CFO and Business Heads.

In his earlier life,Venky worked for about 23 years in diverse sectors like FMCG,Telecom, Energy, Textiles/Apparel,Brands & Retail, Metals & Mining and Private Equity.Since 1996 he has been holding leadership positions at the national/global level for very large corporations,notable amongst them being the Global HR Head position for Vedanta Resources Plc, the FTSE 100 metals and mining conglomerate.
