I am a Doctor in Computer Science graduated from CINVESTAV-IPN. My interests are around cognitive computing and its applications for Cyber-Physical and IoT Systems, in particular the perception-action cycle and the ways for incorporating the information learned from the environment into decision making for a wide range of purposes (think about Cognitive Devices, Smart Cities, Smart Traffic Control, and others.

Also, I am a Software Engineer, so I like to dirt my hands implementing ideas directly at the device to obtain a realistic insight of the feasibility of the designed method. Also, for fun.
