My passions for speaking, writing, teaching and encouraging find fulfillment in the opportunities God presents to me. I am married to Scott and mother to Seth (18), Lena (15) and Eli (13. ) In recent years, God bestowed a new title: “teacher” as I began homeschooling my daughter (God's purposes for us often come by surprise.)

I hold a special passion for families journeying with a child with special concerns (short or long-term) and am involved in creating workshops and other opportunities to encourage and sustain parents facing these situations.

Interests include teaching high school Sunday School, speaking, networking, hanging out with friends and family, iced coffee and attempts at reading books in a short enough time so I can remember the plot
