A Scrum age of 7+ years, serving as a QA professional in IT industry since the same period of time. Certified by ISTQB for Foundation, Agile, and Advance level (Test Manager) qualifications, a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe agile evangelist . I personally think "Scrum" is a generational Change. When teams move from the traditional Waterfall process to Agile practices, it’s not simply a process change; it requires a mindset change for everyone involved with the program or project.
