Saad Hindosh

Greetings, I’m Saad. I’m an architect working at Liberty Design and Developments Ltd 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. Our Surrey office at 66 Motspur Park, New Malden, KT3 6PJ.

With over two decades of experience in the architecture industry, I am a Director / Senior Architect at Liberty Design and Developments, a leading firm that offers services in architecture, master planning, property development, and project management. I am also a registered member of the the Architects Registration Board (ARB), and I have completed several executive development programs at Cass Business School.

I am accountable for the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design and planning to detailed drawings and project management, for a wide range of projects, including luxury residential, hotels, commercial spaces, mixed-use developments, retail establishments, master planning, student accommodation, care homes, day nurseries, self-storage facilities, large warehouses, and Rolls Royce factories. I facilitate effective communication and collaboration with clients and the professional team, and I provide expertise in advising on development potentials, negotiating with stakeholders, and driving focused business development initiatives. I also oversee multiple residential blocks as the Managing Director of Gayton Court Freehold Limited, where I am responsible for efficient management and facilitation of the estate's ongoing expansion and development initiatives. My mission is to create innovative and sustainable design solutions that enhance the quality of life and the environment.
