Saad Iqbal

I was born in a middle eastern country to parents of south asian descent, and I spent the better of my teenage years in North America. Having a mixing bowl of culture references has had an immense impact on my personality which translates directly into my music.

A touch of modern electric synths, combined with other western instruments are used to shape and structure the song that are often refined and layered with eastern melodies.

Lyrics penned are always a true reflection of the current circumstatnces and my inner feelings.

I have never studied music a day in my life. I don't believe in rules, regulations or a specific methodology. I create what I feel, and I present what sounds right.
