I have had a versatile experience in the industry. From healthcare IT to Customer Experience Management/CRM, I have had hands on experience in User experience design, functional analysis, integration analysis, standards and certifications analysis, Documentation, Graphic Designing, Solution architecture, system analysis, User interface and interaction analysis, and data visualization and virtualization analysis. Touching base with verticals like EHR, PHR, CEM, CRM, Call centers, Networks, Dealerships, and many more, I feel I have the right attitude and approach when it comes to innovation and finding solutions to problems. I have been leading multiple projects and have been an active part of project management and product management verticals. With a simple conversation, I feel I can influence and convince stakeholders to take the direction I deem fit... and I give special attention when it comes to following processes and meeting deadlines. If given an opportunity to prove myself, I have yet to feel dissapointed in an organization or a situation. I have also undertaken a lot of freelance work for projects ranging from hardcore web/app development to Graphics, multimedia and content.
