Saad Waqas is the Founder and Managing Partner of Amber Homes Real Estate and a Dubai real estate investment advisor specializing in institutional-grade advisory for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and international investors, with more than 12 years of market experience.
Active in Dubai real estate since 2013, he has generated over USD 1 billion in cumulative personal property sales and participated in more than 1,000 transactions across off-plan developments, luxury residences, completed properties, and multi-property investment portfolios, with a strong emphasis on structured, yield-driven and capital-appreciation-focused strategies.
Saad advises private clients, entrepreneurs, family offices, and institutional investors on curated Dubai real estate opportunities, strategic acquisitions, portfolio construction, and optimized exit strategies.
