Abdulla Saaid

Born on the island of Fuvahmulah, Maldives, I moved to Male' the capital Male' to join then the only government school providing higher secondary education. After completing the GCE A levels, on June 1998 I joined Department of Inland Revenue (DIR) (Now Maldives Inland Revenue Authority MIRA) on the first year of my service at DIR I was awarded certificate as most outstanding staff of the year, followed by most outstanding staff of the year, furthermore during my service at DIR I was send for short term training programs in Singapore and Malaysia. on 2001 I was offered a job from Orchid Resorts Pvt Ltd to work as Executive Assistant Manager to head the development of newly acquired resort of Cocoa Island to a luxury 5 star resort. I have been involved in the development of The Four Seasons Resort Maldives Landaa Giraavaru From Scratch to Completion, The Tsunami reinstatement project of Four Season Resort Maldives Kuda Huraa and redevelopment of Kandooma Island after the Tsunami.
