Sabine Seddon

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist. I trained for 4 years at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottingham to masters level.

I am registered with the UKCP, which means that I have met all the requirements to be an independent practitioner.

My integrative model includes attachment theory, psycho-dynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, and self-psychology.

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I had an international career in chemical engineering. I worked in research and as a project manager, where I managed multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and contractors.
